2. Vehicle Inventory & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, inventory is subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes, registration fees, and insurance costs in Maharashtra.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at the time of final sale.
- Vehicle availability is verified only upon visiting the dealership or formal reservation.
3. Financing & Documentation
All financing options discussed or presented are subject to credit approval by third-party financial institutions. Apex Motors assists in the facilitation of loan processing but does not guarantee interest rates or final approval. Buyers are required to provide valid government-issued identification and address proof as mandated by the Government of India for vehicle registration.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your purchase from Apex Motors, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
